Located inland on the central plains of Oʻahu, Mililani Town is a planned residential community that emerged in the late 20th century to accommodate suburban growth away from the coast. The area has a strong community layout with parks, schools, and mid-sized lots. Housing here is mostly single-family suburban homes, townhomes, and some smaller parcel development. The vibe is suburban/residential, quieter than coastal corridors, and less “urban” in appearance. The nearest large city is Honolulu (via freeway commuting). While I didn’t locate a specific recent average home price for Mililani Town in my quick search, given Oʻahu suburban markets, homes often may run in the US $750,000-1.1 million range depending on lot size, age, condition and location. Building new would still incur premium land/build costs but might be marginally less intense than ultra-premium coastal lots.
